At Black Cow, our ice cream is made right here on the premises.
We make our super-premium ice cream in small batches using fresh Vermont cream and quality fruits, extracts, and confections.
Our recipes were developed by Black Cow founder Walter “Wally” Walsh, and we continue making the ice cream our customers have loved for generations.
